Care Quip - Tri Wheel Walker

This walker is super. It provides stability in place of a cane. It folds easily to put between the auto seats. It is convenient inside the house to close a little to maneuver around narrow places. We probably will not need to purchase anymore as these are expected to last our mobile time left.

We keep this walker in the car for my husband. He can use it for short walks like in and out of a restaurant. It maneuvers easier in restaurants and restrooms than the larger one with the seat. It’s also much lighter for me to pick up with my back and neck issues.

Simple to assemble. I thought would resist it. She likes it. I think she does because it's smaller than most and doesn't look like the nursing home variety you often see. It folds easily and is light. The wheels go over grass pretty easily.

Easy to “drive” and lightweight
I ordered because I wanted a lighter weight walker to keep in my car. I wasn’t able to lift my other walker in and out so it was of no use to me except in the house. I am not disappointed. This little walker is great. I can open and fold it up, lift it well enough to use when I go out, it glides along very smoothly, and it seems like the distance between the two back wheels seems wider so my feet don’t bump into one another! Very happy I found this.

My wife has been using a 4 wheel 'rollator', in the house since having back surgery. She has gotten stronger over a period of months, can walk unassisted, but had two unexpected falls lately. That put some fear in her going alone to the mall, or anywhere by herself without assistance. The 4 wheeler was just to heavy for her to take it with her. THIS 3 wheel unit is wonderfully light. She can stand sideways to the trunk and lift it with one arm into the trunk of the car! It maneuvers easily in the store and has a convenient carry pouch for smaller items. I would recommend it for someone who is still recovering, perhaps with 'drop-foot' still, and is concerned about falling.
